Overview
Beymer BASH is a ministry designed to provide both fellowship and learning opportunities for all of our church members in the middle of the week. Beymer Bash is held on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 7:15 from mid-August to the end of April with short breaks for Christmas and Lent. During Lent and Advent, Bash meals are served prior to a worship service.

BASH is a family event. It begins with everyone gathering in the Fellowship Hall for an evening meal. The meal provides an ideal time for families to eat together in the middle of a hectic week and to share fellowship with members of their other family – the Beymer family.

Immediately following the meal, Christian Education programs are offered for every age level. Adults may attend classes in a variety of subjects. The curriculum changes approximately every six weeks and, occasionally, the BASH meal is followed by a concert of Christian music or by a presentation about a topic of general interest. During Lent and Advent a mid-week worship service follows the meal. Register for classes online or by calling the church office at 294-3186.

BEYMER BASH begins again in September, 2010.
Watch this page for classes and registration information.

Children’s activities include 30 minutes of music, and 45 minutes in the Kids Zone.

A nursery is provided for little ones five years old and younger.

Reservations
Reservations should be made for Bash meals. There are three ways to make reservations: Complete the Beymer Bash Dinner Reservations Form, call 294-3186 by 9 a.m. the Monday before each meal, or complete the reservation form in your Sunday worship bulletin. Reservations may be made a week at a time or as a standing reservation, which is good for the entire year unless it is cancelled. If a meal reservation is not cancelled, the person making the reservation is still responsible for payment.
